  • Return & Exchange Policy

    We take pride in our Groomie Club products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products (non-consumable) carry a 60-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from, or have a defective issue, you can return it for a refund within 60 days of your receipt of the product. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, including Amazon, their return policy applies, so please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

    If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order.

  • How to Process a Return, Exchange or Warranty

    If at any point in the first 60 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new shaver, return it for a full refund or exchange. Simply CLICK HERE to start your return or exchange process automatically.  If you need to file a limited warranty claim and it’s been more than 60 days, but less than 1 year, please CLICK HERE to start your warranty claim.

    Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund, if unsealed or used.

    Please note that our return policy does not apply to single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for the BaldiePro device. Single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.

    Return shipping labels are not provided by Groomie Club at this time.
