Shipping & Return Policy

We are proud to offer free standard shipping within the United States. Priority and Express options are available for additional costs.

Estimated Shipping Times:
  1. Standard Shipping: - 3 to 7 business days
  2. Priority Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
  3. Express Shipping: 2 business days
  • Returns

    We take pride in our Groomie Club products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from groomie.club, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, including Amazon, their return policy applies please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

    If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order.

  • For Our Customers

    If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request.

    Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) must be at least three quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

    Our return policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://www.groomie.club

    Please note that our return policy does not apply to single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for the FlexSeries device. Single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.

    Return shipping labels are not provided by Groomie Club at this time.

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges can also only be made during the 30-day trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send our help team an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request.

    Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange.
